This site has no account, no form, no mailing list and no analytics. The short version is that we do not collect anything about you, and the rest of this page is the detail behind that sentence.

Who this is

phasmotic.studio is run by Phasmotic, LLC, an independent game developer. It is a separate site from phasmotic.com, and this policy covers this site only.

What we collect

Nothing you type, because there is nothing to type into. There is no sign-up form, no comment field, no search box and no account on this site. We do not ask for an email address, a name or anything else, so there is nothing for us to hold, sell, share or lose.

There is no mailing list on this domain. The studio runs one updates list and it is on phasmotic.com; nothing here subscribes you to it or passes anything to it.

What our host records

This site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard request metadata — IP address, browser type, requested URL and timestamp — for infrastructure security and to keep the site up. We do not combine that with anything else, because there is nothing else, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

No third-party requests

Loading a page here requests files from this site and from nowhere else. The typefaces are served from this origin rather than from a font network, there are no advertising trackers, no analytics script and no embedded widgets. That is not a promise about intent; it is a property of the pages, and it is asserted on every route by the automated checks that run before this site is published.

What is stored in your browser

One value, and you have to press a button to create it:

• phasmotic.studio.motion — whether you asked for the site's motion to be reduced or restored. It holds the word reduced or the word full, nothing else. It is never sent anywhere, it contains no identifier, and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it, after which the site follows your operating system's own reduced-motion setting again.

Games

There are no games published here yet. When one is, this page is updated in the same change that publishes it, and it will say plainly whether that game keeps anything in your browser — a high score, a saved position, a preference — and whether anything leaves your device. If a game ever needs something this policy does not already cover, the policy changes first.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and since it collects nothing, there is nothing we could knowingly collect from them.

Questions

Write to hello@phasmotic.com. A person reads it. That address belongs to the studio rather than to this site, which is why it is on the other domain.

Changes

This policy is updated whenever the site starts doing something this page does not describe, and the current version always lives at this address. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date at the top is how you tell.
